Welcome to Intemporelle. I’m so glad you’re here — really.
This blog was born from a love of all things timeless, elegant and unapologetically feminine. Think classic films, iconic women, well-cut blazers, French bakeries, vintage romance novels and old money charm — but make it sharp, smart and refreshingly honest.
I’m Maria, a woman with a taste for the exquisite and an eye for the details that matter, a sharper eye for beauty, and a serious thing for both piano music and cashmere sweaters. I believe life is too short for cheap fabrics, empty trends, or lukewarm opinions. Here, I write about style, culture, lifestyle, travel, history, and that very specific type of glamour that never tries too hard but always leaves a mark.
Intemporelle means “timeless” in French — and that’s the exact spirit behind every post. Whether I’m talking about Jacqueline Kennedy’s quiet power, a recipe for French madeleines, or the 5 things worth investing in to build an elegant wardrobe — it all comes back to this:
grace, substance, and a little bit of cheek.
So pour yourself a glass of something chic (I suggest champagne, but tea is also allowed), take off your shoes, and stay a while. You’re very welcome here.
She lives slowly, dresses beautifully, and never explains herself.
